Background in Building and Mechanical Systems Knowledge

Richard’s experience with the building industry began back in 1970, when he began his career as a Mechanical Contractor. Detail-oriented and thorough, he was perfect for the industry right away. In the late 90’s, Richard worked as a Lennox Factory Service Representative and a General Contractor before he began training to do commercial building inspections. His decades of experience in the industry has allowed him to develop a way of explaining things thoroughly to his clients so that they can put the information to use and feel empowered in their future decisions about their property.

Even in his spare time, Richard enjoys working with his hands and completing tasks that require great attention to detail. He completes his own home remodeling projects and often enjoys working on and restoring antique cars. In addition to these hobbies, Richard also enjoys hiking and going freshwater fishing in his spare time.
